Admission Criteria

The company has admitted clients from all over the State of California, as well as Colorado, Utah, Texas and North Carolina. New Start requires that prospective clients be medically stable, cognitively intact, and be willing to fully participate in their own plan of care.

Referral Sources

Prospective clients are referred to New Start Homes by catastrophic or private insurance case managers, hospital & sub-acute care discharge planners, social workers, physicians and family members.
