• 24 hour skilled nursing 7 days a week
• 24 hour RN supervision
• Bi-weekly case review by the Medical Director
• Monthly visits by a registered dietitian
• Monthly visits by a social worker
• Activities program
• Housekeeping, laundry and meals
• Transportation to medical doctor appointments and social outings
• Client & Family education and counseling by an RN case manager
